the passenger leaned over to ask the driver a question
by tapping him on his shoulder.

The driver
screamed and
lost control of
the taxi cab, he
nearly hit a bus,
ended up
driving over the
curb, and
stopped just
inches away
from a huge
glass window.
For a few minutes everything went dead silent in the
cab, and the still shaken up driver said, "I'm sorry, but
you scared the daylights out of me."

The freaked out passenger apologized to the driver for
not realizing a mere tap on the shoulder could frighten
him so much.

The driver responded to the passenger, "No, no, I'm
sorry, it's entirely my fault. Today is my first day driving
a taxi cab. I've actually been driving a hearse for the
last 25 years."
